Damage caused by misuse is not guaranteed.

Parts subject to wear are not guaranteed, if the damage is attributable to normal use.

To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice that will be received together with the product purchased.

The exercise of the Guarantee provides for the request for assistance to authorized service centers in the area; in any case it is advisable to follow the procedures illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging.

The replacements in case of DOA (product not working on delivery) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or possible repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.

In the event that, for any reason, it is not able to return a failed product to the customer, Eliggi Umberto's Tutto Moto company can proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid, taking into account the use of the product or replacing it with a product of equal or greater characteristics/ P>

The repair or replacement time of the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from the manufacturer for eveany delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

All Moto by Eliggi Umberto will activate the shipping procedures as quickly as possible and in any case within 48 hours from the confirmation of the completion of the purchase procedure (ie the time of order invoicing).
All costs of delivery of the products are charged to the customer at the cost indicated at the time of completion of the order. Deliveries are normally made by Corriere, DHL,GLS,AllMoto by Eliggi Umberto reserves the right to deliver the products ordered by a different courier to those mentioned. The terms of delivery indicated in the sheet of each product must be considered non-binding for Tutto Moto by Eliggi Umberto, which can subsequently confirm or modify them according to their actual needs.
Delivery times are approximate. The shipment could take up to 30 days to complete. Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation for indemnity of any kind.
